Council of Ministers

Center for Prevention and Countering
Corruption and Organized Crime

Introduction

There are several projects preoccupied with the organization and the technical setup of the Center. The projects are consistently developing the concept and the setting of modern IT infrastructure with an own Data Processing Center and the supplying and customizing of software as well. Parallel to this is going a vocational training of employees. Software and IT Requirements follow the working methodology ("BORKOR principle") of the Center. BORKOR is a modern project model for Central Planning and Development of Separate Measures and Measure Systems against corruption and organized crime. The method used includes the standard of the German government (V-Modell XT®), specially customized for the working procedures of the Center.
